  The Orkin employees that I deal with are very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful when addressing problems at our self storage facility.
  We have had issues with mice in the past and Orkin has made that problem disappear.
  You always get a detailed report of the bait stations and the amount of bait being eaten so you can get an idea of whether the problem is high or low and you see exactly what's being done to rectify the problem. If you have a problem area, Orkin is quick to respond and have someone out to remedy the problem.
  Orkin is fantastic at what they do and customer service and satisfaction is #1.

  Super service, great technicians, no more rodents! Orkin has provided terrific value for money spent, and I would recommend the company to anyone. Definitely 5 stars!

  Outstanding and prompt service. After dealing with 2 other companies, we have found Patrick exceptional in taking the time of keeping on top of our carpenter ant problem. He gives us peace of mind knowing our place is in good hands and doing the job right.

  I was stung pretty badly late evening on the 16th August by a couple of wasps that had built nests under my shed. Both my husband and I had been stung a week or so before by the same wasps so something had to be done. I contacted Orkin the following morning as they had dealt with a wasp problem we had in 2012. Fred Gordon arrived at 10:15 the same day. He watched the wasp's behaviour, came up with a plan, explained exactly what the plan was, what chemicals he would be using, how they worked and how long I would need to keep my cat inside. He then put on his safety gear and got on with the job. He asked me to keep checking to see if any wasps returned to the area and promised to return the following day to retreat the area if any did. I only saw one that evening and it flew under the shed and didn't come out again. That was nearly three weeks ago and any wasps flying by give that area a wide berth. Thanks Fred. I was so impressed. You did a fantastic job. I can now go in and out of my shed without worrying about getting stung by angry wasps.

  Fred was prompt, and flexible with his time. Our issue was a wasp nest being built inside the insulation of our hot tub.
  He dealt with the issue in tight quarters, and followed up to ensure the problem was taken care of a few days later.
  Good, knowledgeable, friendly service.
