The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable, the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing.
They always greet me with a smile and are always happy to see me.

But most of all I’m treated like a person not like a file number , and with respect too .

Love every single one of these people from reception to Physio etc...

Satisfied with the physio but not with appointment system. I booked 8 sessions a month in advance because they are very busy and knew that it would be hard to get an appointment if I waited. My last 3 appointments disappeared. The office staff said it was my fault because I didn't get a confirmation email after booking so should have known that there was an error in the booking. First off, how am I supposed to know that? Secondly, for the online bookings I did that went through, I never got a confirmation email for those either.

If your online booking system doesn't work properly, get rid of it.

Disappointed that I have to take my business elsewhere.

I had a serious injury involving surgery just prior to moving to BC. I knew I would need physio upon my arrival, and I researched clinics on the internet. The Parkway web site and its thorough articles about all sorts of conditions was what initially attracted me to the practice. From the warm, professional greetings at reception to my thorough and thoughtful program of therapy with Krista, I have been incredibly supported all the way through what has been quite a journey. My program included both pain relief as well as gradual strength and function training, and I could not be more pleased. I feel truly cared for each time I walk in the doors.

I have been to this place several times over the years and have always had a great experience. The issues that I had were taken care of in a timely manner and had good results.
