I recently had a heat pump installed at my house and the guys couldn't have been better. I didn't have any problem getting their Teca documentation, and Darcy actually helped me with the paperwork.
I also called them on a weekend because I was fiddling with my thermostat and couldn't figure out what I had done, and he dropped what he was doing and came out to program it properly and explain to me again how to work it - and didn't charge me for the call.
In response to the negative comment by "Google User": They don't actually collect until you are completely satisfied. I'll bet you never even called them for anything. If they were money-driven, why didn't I get charged for a weekend service call that was completely my fault?
To people looking for a reliable complany - these guys are the best. Don't trust one negative comment.
