Service is great. One of our signs had a problem, and they were back right away to fix it - even though, as we found out, the General Contractor had not paid them in 10 months per Talon, contrary to the Statutory Declaration signed by their CPA Controller. Payment was released within minutes of this information coming to light.

I considered a few sign shops but in the end one company's customer service stood well above the others. Talon Signs had the best attitude and took an interest in what I wanted.

I received excellent advice, they did the work convenient to my schedule and the job came out perfect.

Not only that they further showed their professionalism and care about their work by phoning me a couple of weeks later to see if I was happy with everything.

The also had very good pricing.

After dealing with another sign company for months for a interior custom wood panel sign and having no progress, we contacted Renee at Talon Signs. The parts came in earlier than expected and the sign was ready in no time. After delivery and installation by their friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, Renee checked in with us the next day and we noted a small, non-urgent change we would like. Their team was on it and within hours they retrieved the sign for the change near closing time and brought the sign back right when we opened the next day. We couldn't be happier with their service.
