Selling and then having to find a place to buy in one month is impossible you may say...not with Tania as your Realtor. What can I say, Tania had 4 showings before our place was listed and we accepted an offer, above asking, a day (or was it 2) after we listed. The recommendations she made for staging were priceless (listen to her suggestions, they work); she does have a flair for style. It was a whirlwind of a few days looking at many different places but we finally settled for the place meant for us. She also helped us with our deficiency walk-through, Notary selection, key pick up, etc. We are so happy in our new place! Thanks Tania for all you did and we really appreciate it. Tania was so awesome to work with. She was SUPER patient with us during this exciting but 'stressful' time (we were a ball of nuts hehe). We were EXTREMELY picky on our needs for our new property and had numerous house viewings hoping to find something that slightly resembled what we truly dreamt of. Thank you TANIA for holding our hands through it all and for patiently coming to all the viewings. We finally caught our eye on the perfect place and reached out to Tania to book a showing ASAP. She even organized us while we was away on vacation and had us totally taken care of while she was gone. She checked in regularly with the processes of everything and as soon as she returned she helped us complete our offer. We are now in our beautiful new acreage and we couldn't be more happy. Tania is really professional, easy to talk too and even ended up being a little bit of my shoulder to lean on throughout journey.
