What — or, rather, who — are behind McDonald's fabulous service??? One person is Penny Young, their receptionist! Penny is *always* super friendly on the phone and she knows her job! She makes a pleasure to deal with McDonalds! We also can't say enough re McDonald's expert electricians! Today, it was 'Brian' who serviced our generator for the third year running. Brian, too, is personable, skilled and conscientious. We have no reservation in recommending McDonalds!
