(November 20, 2021, 10:17 pm)Staff have always been helpful at this Town Hall. The big question in this Municipality is 'density' How many PhD's can you fit on a 1 acre lot? The mayor once told me there are more PhD residents in North Saanich than anywhere else in Canada. True story!
