(January 13, 2019, 5:27 am)When I made arrangements to have my package left at a drop-off centre, someone called me right away to confirm, and they gave me a pretty precise and accurate availability time.
(December 17, 2018, 6:26 pm)The staff at the actual drop-off location are lovely but the the drivers don't seem to have a clue what the telephone number provided on the contact address is for because they are forever leaving tags all over the condo building. Woke up early this morning to ensure I would be around to get the package and get told by the Fedex app — after the fact: that the driver has been and gone. Leaving another sticker on the door. Take a hint from the drivers in Hong Kong, who make the effort to call recipients they are coming before leaving the depot. It means the package gets delivered to the recipient, as paid for.
