I received the most genuine caring customer service here today, I only wish I could remember the cashiers name. On top of being friendly, she went out of her way to help me and this is the only way I know how to express my gratitude. A little gem inside the airport. Thank you so much!

I have used ICE a few times to purchase foreign currency on line and pick it up at the local airport. It has worked perfectly.
The reason for the 3 stars is my experience today at the branch at the local airport. I wanted to exchange foreign currency into CDN$. We counted my currency and I was offered a ridiculously low amount - should have been around $3000 and was offered $230. After questioning the agent several times and making no headway, I retrieved my money and left.
When I got home I did a live chat with an agent. I asked how much I would receive if I wanted to exchange my foreign currency. He confirmed that it would be just over $3000. I didn't realize I could make this request on line when selling currency. I will only be using the online service from now on.
