We’re very happy with work Mitch and Sana did for us with our reno design. When the city threw us an inevitable permitting curve ball, Mitch and Sana were extremely responsive, revising the designs on short notice to incorporate the city’s demands and coordinating with our contractor to ensure our project started on time.

I liked their service a lot. The building designer is very responsible, has good taste - which is important - and is attentive to details. I ended up with the exact design I wanted, with some sustainability tweaks that I never would have thought of. Also, excellent customer service all around. I recommend Mina. Great people!

Minna was my choice when I needed to submit a permit for an addition I wanted to do myself and I did not regret it for a second. Their incredible customer service helped me streamline the process and made it very easy all along. Their knowledge on building codes and the application process was extremely helpful and I could not recommend them enough.

Start to finish our project was great. I had a failing deck and it needed to be completely redesigned. The supports were not to code and I had no idea. They planned everything for me and discussed what should be done and completed the work in record time. Mitch also helped me with some roofing issues while he was here as well. These 2 are genuine caring people and you will be hard pressed to find better service. Well done.

Great team they did an amazing job!

We'd been planning to add a balcony and deck to our home for a long time but weren't sure where to start. Wayne and Sana were very attentive and helpful in explaning to us the whole process of city bylaws, strata and many other factors we'd never though of.
Now we have an awesome space for entertaining friends and family! We highly recommend them.
