Chef on the Run (Oak Bay)

My ma orders here weekly. This place is perfect for those that do not have time or not able to cook for themselves.
The staff take great care of there clients!

Chef on the run has been a fantastic local option for many years. The price is unbeatable, and the quality and flavour from the home cooked meals are un matched. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice home cooked meal at a price cheaper then anywhere else.

and freeze it over the previously frozen.

I'm going to give these guys Five Stars based on the attitude of the lady I spoke to on the phone. I live in the Okanagan but my mother lives near this place in Victoria. She's 83 and I want to send her meals once in awhile so she can go do what she likes instead with her time. On the website there is lots of variety and healthy well-thought out meals. The lady there told me they've been in business for 40 years. Frankly when I was done on the website I was pretty hungry LOL. Happy New Year's

I first experienced their food when they opened a number of years ago, a couple of different dishes, and it was very good. However I just had their frozen fish pie and it was very disappointing; lots of diced carrots and peas, very little fish, and very bland... Perhaps it tastes better fresh...?
