We were already pleased with the work Coastal Shores did cleaning our apartment’s windows. We are a building of seniors, and we found we had a lot of cleaning to do around our property and grounds that we couldn’t physically do. Paul walked the property and saw our needs, and came up in very short order with a work plan and cost. Paul, Jordan and Ben showed up ready to work, and work they did! All day, until the myriad jobs were finished. It is clear that Paul and Dana treat their employees with kindness and empathy, and with a customer service work ethic. Such nice people. The work was stellar and better than we expected. The power-washed driveway, parking stalls and sidewalks haven’t look this good in years. We have decided to have Paul and company keep us “tidied up” every three or four months for the future. I enclose a picture of our garage roof before and after Jordan cleaned it up and treated it for moss. They also treated the walls and rails around our driveway and sidewalks, cleaning by hand so as not to strip the paint. The attention to detail is really outstanding. Thanks, guys.

I was in dire need of both gutter and window cleaning and Coastal Shores Window Cleaning was recommend on the Oak Bay Local FB group.

Paul came over promptly to do a once-over of my challenging property and sent me a reasonable estimate shortly afterwards. They were booking a few weeks out.

His crewmate came over today and spent the best part of the afternoon cleaning gutters and making my windows shine, outside and in. I swear I'm getting 50% more daylight!
