Where to start! My experience with Cynthia was beyond what I was expecting from a realtor. Cynthia took on cleaning and staging my condo. Also took on last minute repairs that made the world of difference. Everything was done with out assistance from me I was out of town. It was a last minute choice to list and it all came together promptly. She made the whole experience smooth and was available every step of the way to answer my questions and reassure me. With all the hard work she put in that was over and above my expectations, we got over asking! I felt she took my one bedroom condo and treated it with the million dollar treatment.
