Couldn’t be happier. Locally made windows which are highly rated, considerably less expensive than other estimates (30 % less!), installer is very experienced, hardworking, tidy, and minimized extra costs not usually covered. The owner then came, inspected and arranged for minor tweaking to ensure the window performs as desired. Why go anywhere else.

Extremely happy with the quality of work and service provided. I did a fair amount of research and received quotes from multiple installation companies before choosing Enerheat. I knew that most installers in Victoria use the same manufacturer, so the quality of windows will mostly be the same. The only differences would be in service, installation quality and price. I figured that most installers have many years of experience, so they should be comparable in installation quality. So I chose based on customer care, and whom I trusted best to be responsible, in the worst case scenario. Justin from Enerheat (main point of Contact, and I believe part owner) was very responsive to my questions and needs, providing great customer relations. Even after the installation, if I have questions about the windows, he is always quick to respond. Also, their prices are more reasonable than some of the other companies without compromising quality. I highly recommend Enerheat over any other window installer in town.

They replaced 2 old windows in my basement. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, quick to come up with quotes, and quick to alter the quotes when I changed my mind. There was no hard sell and their price easily beat the price quoted by the big windows firm in Victoria. The windows were fitted in less than 2 hours with no fuss or mess. And the windows themselves look great, and seem really solid and well constructed. Very happy.
