I have had the pleasure of working with him on many occasions and in a broad range of settings, including the private sector, the public sector, and internationally. Paul is an incisive, bright, and caring mediator and he has a broad range of conflict resolution skills and tools to draw upon. He is skilled at helping clients get to the heart of an issue and find resolutions that work. Paul is also often called upon to help organizations design dispute resolution systems to help minimize the negative impacts of conflict in organizations. As a facilitator, he is able to design and teach courses that exceed client expectations and he creates a safe, respectful, and fun learning environment for participants. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for an experienced conflict resolution professional.
