Excellent customer service - dropped my car off to install a block heater, turns out I had one already, they showed me where the cord was, and didn't charge me for the time. I appreciated it so much and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I recently had my truck repaired at O'Keeffe's and couldn't be happier about the experience. Although the truck needed a lot more done to it than I expected, the time Tom took to explain everything needed and why assured me that it was in my best interest to bite the bullet and get it all done.
