Nice part with beach access and nicely kept washrooms. The play structure were enjoyed by the kids with us. Lovely walking path along the shore.
A beautiful little beach with incredible views of Mt Baker and Mt Olympus on clear days. Lots of happy dogs walking the beach among logs and kelp.
Willows Beach is a dog walkers dream. Its also fantastic for families with small children. Walking the beach, swimming and sailing in the bay, making sandcastles in the sand. Willows is also the site of a former First Nations village. One of the better beaches in Victoria.
Awesome beach and tearoom..site of an ancient First Nations village clean sand great for children with a great play area expansive lawn site of the yearly Oak Bay Tea party with midway rides live music carnival atmosphere easy access for wheelchairs picnic tables and excellent views nearby boat launch at Cattle Point Just north of the beach surrounded by beautiful homes very popular in spring and summer for locals and visitors and fall and winter for brave locals Close proximity to Oak Bay Marina with available fueling dock for visiting yachts and smaller powerboats..subject to winter storm action that requires care from boat owners due to mooring lines breaking and boats being washed ashore at lower Willows ( south end)..summer brings visitors from all over the world for swimming, board sailing and sun tanning and great photographic opportunities wildlife such as seals otters eagles hawks blue heron and passing pods of orcas ...great place for families
Our dog is so happy to have this beach to swimming! Today saw small jumping fish close to shore and a happy seal nearby feeding. Beautiful ????
