They are very easy to book with especially with the epidemic. Really clear instructions for what to bring and wear for the appointment washing hands through each step very efficient, happy staff, always cleaning and assuring everything cleaned and I was so impressed with Laureen, her instructions and Information on how to exercise and soothe the hand from Carpal Tunnel Surgery was incredible. I was very grateful to have the appointment and Laureen sent me a clear email on how to continue with progress of recovery for Carpal Tunnel Surgery which was very educational. I highly recommend going through the appointments to gain recovery.

I found Active Recovery to be a very organized Covid 19 informed and safe cautious process when there.
My experiences with both reception and the physiotherapist Laureen Blane were excellent.
I knew Laureen from physio many years previous n I felt very heard and supported and very confident in her experience.

I also really appreciated the follow up info details and physio exercises and support sent online.
I also.appreciate the online appointment options although I am not very skilled w virtual appointments yet and appreciated the flexibility by Laureen to make it work for me.
