My wife and I had a most excellent experience at your store. Our machine (22 years) cramped out and we needed to replace it. My brother told me about Dallas here in Victoria so we went and saw him and he instantly put us at ease. Showed us the different brands, what they can do. Let us play and push buttons. Very informative and let us know exactly what was available and when. We will be going back for a freezer and who knows.

I am so impressed with the service that I received from Coast Appliances Victoria. Not only did they have an appliance that was perfect but they were able to deliver it within days of ordering it. They made accommodations for my delivery time as I was coming over from Vancouver. The customer service I received is beyond what I expected. They delivered the item in a expedient and professional manner, and they called before they arrived. JB was amazing. He assisted me on the phone when I first called and within an hour I had exactly what I needed. If you need an appliance please call here first the prices are very reasonable, their customer service is excellent. Their delivery service is amazing. It was an overall very positive experience and I will definitely purchase from them again.
