Such kind, knowledgeable and responsive people. I called their office when my mother had fallen. She wasn't injured but was unsettled, to nervous to be alone. They were able to send a nurse to assess within a few hours and arrange for overnight care until my mother felt comfortable to be alone a few months later. We have a lovely lady visit a few days a week and we know they will able to arrange more help if needed.

Our family has used the services of ComForCare Home Care (Victoria office) since early 2017. We could not manage our family circumstances without a trustworthy, reliable, flexible, knowledgeable, warm, and incredibly supportive care team. Rowena and Jason Ko have helped us through some very difficult times, always willing to support and advocate on our family's behalf in anyway they can. We cannot thank the ComForCare team enough for their care of and commitment to our family. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of such services.

ComForCare saved the day! We had called 3 agencies on Thanksgiving weekend for care to help my grandmother return home after a long hospitalization. I called on Sunday, the registered nurse was at the hospital to meet with us and the social worker the following morning. Somehow they managed to schedule 24/7 care in such a short time. Each person was introduced and trained by either the nurse or a supervisor. Two years later, the care continues to improve. They are always assessing and making changes to improve quality of life. I highly recommend them, even on holidays, they work miracles!
