Dr. Ian McMillan Dentistry

I am not a patient here but I just called to inquire about crown and bridge work for my mom and received absolutely outstanding customer service from the person who answered the phone. She took her time to answer all my questions and made recommendations that best serve my mom's interests, regardless of whether or not I decide to bring her to this clinic. I need to discuss all the information with my mom, and it will be her decision, but I simply had to write this review because her helpfulness was in stark contrast to the other offices I called today. Thank you!

This place is amazing; everyone is incredibly friendly and make it feel like the office is a family and you're the newest member. They go out of their way to accommodate your schedule and make you comfortable, Dr. McMillan is highly proficient and fast (and has a tie-dyed lab coat!), and everyone who works their seems to genuinely love their job. My insurance coverage changed recently and instead of saving an extra 30% by going to my insurance's designated dentists, even though I'm a full time student the extra cost of staying at this practice is worth it to me.
