(July 24, 2020, 4:30 am)Markus knows what he talking about. More importantly he listened to me about my past injuries, what I specifically wanted to address, and my goals. From there we went through specific strength and range of motion testing.
He built, not only a customized manageable routine that targeted the areas we felt needed improving but was always there for a little advice when I needed it. My workouts are fun, engaging and I had instant results. Back pain gone. Way more stable and consistent through the swing. Stronger and more flexible.
I recommend Markus to anyone that loves golf and is committed to improving.
