Yesterday First Response installed new balcony doors and windows in my condo. I want to thank you for such excellent service. We got the call from police on Canada Day morning to say that the front window of our retail business had been smashed in. We were supposed to be on a much needed day off and didn’t relish the thought of having to find a glazier to fix the window. Your team showed up less than an hour after we called.
They did a super job removing the large glass pane with no fuss as well as being extremely courteous and professional – a father and son team – thank you guys!

We had the same experience the next day when the install guys came to put in the new glass.
The job was very well done and the worksite was left clean and tidy.

Anyway we just wanted to say a big thanks and that we appreciate it!
