(February 20, 2019, 3:08 am)Went with a couple friends for the all you can eat ribs. They seem to have reduced the number of bones you get - 6 to start, then on the next round, two of us got 4 bones and one got 3. Time between rounds was not speedy. Ribs were delicious, tender and hot, so we enjoyed them.
On the plus side, they seem to have more staff in the floor to handle dinner time, so that was a bonus - no waiting in a line for a table when there are empty tables on the floor and not enough staff to serve them.
(February 12, 2019, 12:01 pm)The place is so Canadian... all the nice lumber theme and friendly staff. Love to show it off to my American friend visitors! The food is tasty and delicious... plenty of parking space and I love the extra points one gets on the movie card! Wonderful must visit!
(January 21, 2019, 9:58 pm)The kids love Montana's and I love Montana's. Great wait staff, good food, and having large sheets of paper as a tablecloth gives the kids a huge area to draw on.
The one major downside, is how long it takes between being seated until you receive your food. A 20 minute wait is normal, 30 minutes is pushing it, but 40 to 45 minutes just isn't acceptable while you try to keep multiple hungry children engaged. This undermines the idea of Montana's this being a family friendly restaurant.
I wouldn't mention the waiting if this was just a one off experience, but this is how it's been the last couple of times we've been there.
(January 17, 2019, 5:42 am)Good atmosphere, kid friendly, very friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately the kitchen staff seems to be struggling. We waited over an hour for our food and my wife and I were disappointed with our meals when they came. The staff did rectify this by bringing replacements that were much better however we don't often have the luxury of waiting over an hour for our food with a toddler.
