I came across Kinetic K9 when my dog had a really bad experience at another groomer. Kinetic K9 has made it super easy to trust the groomers. My dog has been dealing with a lot of mouth issues which tend to make his face really sensitive and tender, the groomers still take him and take extra care around his face. My dog actually gets excited over his haircuts now! Also best prices!!! I have been to a handful of groomers in Victoria and Kinetic K9 is the best! Clean and the workers there are so welcoming. I can go to work knowing my dog is in great hands.

Kinetic K9 has been grooming my little blind dog for a couple of years now and she always comes out looking amazing and happy. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is always professional and kind.

It was my first haircut of our 10 month old golden doodle. The staff was friendly, and answered my questions as they arose. My dog had quite long hair and they did a great job. Seemed gentle. After the cut I was given tips on preparing my dog for a future cut to help it get used to difficult areas. They have a room where the dog can stay in between cuttings and until pickup. The only thing I didn't know beforehand was the expected time and cost. Perhaps explaining that at drop off would have been helpful. I had a positive experience and will return
