This company exceeded my expectations. From the first contact with them to my completed message on hold production I was totally satisfied. They went above and beyond. I had 3 different offices with 3 different phone systems and they guided me through the setup including helping me find a company to install an audio line in my area. They followed up and made sure everything was working well. Great customer service!
Great service
Totally impressed with the job MOH Prodcutions did with my on hold messaging. Their level of professionalism forced me to ask "how do I let other people know about this!" I don't write many reviews but was compelled to do this one. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team from writing the script to final production.
Fast and professional sounding messages. We have some staff with non traditional sounding names and not only did they make sure the pronunciation was as we wanted but managed to have it done in what I felt was an amazingly short time frame. Thanks to Steve and everyone who worked on our voicing.
