I have been shopping at Penna for years and it's one of my favourite places to shop. I will often stop in just to walk around and be inspired with no intent to buy. I mean who wouldn't be inspired by huge walls of Fiesta Ware and Le Creuset....or day dreaming about what layer cakes you can make with 6"round cake pans. I am absolute kitchenwares junky, so I know all the places to shop in Victoria and surroundings townships, and each place has it's gems, but there is no other store that compares to selection of Penna. I've learned over the years the only the only thing missing in any situation is what I am not brining, so when I walk into a store I try to bring a friendly attitude and will often say a hello to the staff before they do. Because of that I have fostered some great relationships with people in the places I often frequent and always receive the great service I'm looking for. Just saying!!! Thanks Penna for all your great service and products over the years.

My experience at buying a wellness mat at Penna was exceptional. They were very patient with me and accommodating in helping me get the mat that suited our kitchen best. When I finally got the mat that I wanted, only to discover that it was defective, they quickly ordered me a replacement. All of my conversations with a number of sales staff were very professional. Also with my multiple visits I noticed that they treated the other customers in the store in the same manner, regardless of the size of their purchase. I strongly recommend this store and have bought other items there because I want to support them.
