Sampan Express

Best Chinese food in Victoria hands down. My husband is so picky and never eats Chinese because he finds most places make it to greasy and don’t use quality ingredients. He loves it from here. I have had the express walk in and I don’t personally find it as good as when I order for pick up but ordering the single dishes to go it’s always always so good :)

Hot fresh food, best ginger beef and sweet and sour pork I've had in ages, and their spicy stuff is actually spicy.

I finally tried the non combo meal take out stuff. Oh my it was lovely. War wonton soup was great, perfect chicken balls awesome chow mein and lovely black bean prawns (the bbq duck is rad too)

Such a great place.

The food is good. Their COVID precautions overreach. For no apparent reason they've closed their washrooms and used COVID as the excuse. It's sad that VIHA has given up on addressing health standards for restaurants.

Close to home and easy go to if I want decent Asian food. I wish they had a few different options at times for protein. (Maybe different fare on different days? Every 2nd day?) But fast, pleasant woman serving.
