Save-On-Foods

The store I shop at has some friendly and well trained staff. They are absolutely why I would drive across town if I had too.

I've enjoyed shopping here over the years. The staff are polite and helpful. They also are hard workers. Whenever I shop I see them either restocking, working hard on the registers or lottery desk and in the other sections like the deli and flower section. I also enjoy shopping here because if I have a problem, the staff politely help to fix it. Keep up the hard work. The store is also clean and it has great produce!

Went to Saanich location of Save-on-Foods.
Service was great and they had their sale items in stock. Easy free parking.
They now have coupons on line that you Can Sign up to get weekly for various
Items at lowered prices. They get loaded to your More card and then you
Automatically get those prices for the first 1 or 2 items, whichever the coupons
Specify. Other items you get bonus points on. They didn't have much I needed
Last week, but the week before my bill was $93.55 and then when sale prices
Were all applied price dropped to $54.00

The service here is outstanding. Every employee I interact with is always more than willing to help out and very friendly. I shop here for the customer service 100%. Good customer service is rare these days. This is the only save-on location that I find has the best customer service. It is also probably related to the amount of staff they have on the floor at any given time. Exceptional! Thanks for making grocery shopping less of a task and more enjoyable!
