Amy and Tim were very helpful in recommending the type of stove we would require. We also had a challenging installation that Tim, Cassie and their crew handled very professionally.

The fine folks at Wilk Stove took excellent care of me through the process of replacing an old gas fireplace unit with a new one; from beginning to end the entire team was helpful, quick, and genuinely lovely in our short check-in chats. Living as I do in a strata building, I needed lots of information beforehand and Wilk was not only able to provide the exact and detailed notes needed for records, but provided a contact number for further strata questions and an assessment of the building’s particular needs that proved useful in approval (and perhaps the future of fireplaces in our units). Their follow-up work when a fan was making noise showed the whole team’s dedication to customer service: even when I was too busy to follow up they kept the records straight and made sure the issue could be fixed for me. I knew at the outset that choosing an established and respected name like Wilk to get this project done would save me stress, and I wasn’t let down! We have now used Wilk Stove to install two fireplaces. Both units have been exactly what we wanted aesthetically and functionally. Book in early as things get busy in the fall!

Wilk Stove is great! They were informative and realistic while consulting to figure out which model would fit best in the space. On the installation date they were fast and efficient in getting it up and running. They even left a couple gifts (stuff to clean and maintain the stove).
