The driver of the bus on the 5:00pm ferry from Swartz Bay to downtown Victoria on snowy Sunday, February 10, 2019 was exceptional. The conditions were horrendous and he negotiated them with true professionalism with our safety at the forefront. Thank you!!

I would like to thank Kelly who is an employee at the yyj airport shuttle desk. I called and she was on the other line with a customer and to my surprise she called me back and apologized for not being able to answer and that she would be happy to help me make a reservation. That is a first for me and a very great customer service skill. After giving her my info she discovered I had been booked for the wrong way and very professionally with much empathy and compassion she made the changes so I would be picked up when I needed. She was calm and caring and apologetic within her performance and I wanted to let you and her know how valuable her skills were rectifying the situation. I myself am a small business owner and I commend Kelly in her attempts to display outstanding customer service. 5 starts to you Kelly. You deserve every one of them.

Rented a bus from your company for a weekend!! Great communication while picking it up and also upon returning bus!! Vehicles are always in tip top shape
