This is one of the island's best out of the way gems. Entrance is by donation and there is a tasty little bakery/coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. Art park with some breathtaking pieces spread around a secluded park setting. Not to be missed.
Best bread on Salt Spring, long fermented sourdough. Plus other local products.
The gallery is really cool to do at night - the art is surrounded by lights. The price tags are pretty crazy but the pieces are fun to look at.
Loved the glamp. Nice and peaceful yet close to everything. I enjoyed wandering through the sculpture gallery on the winding path that leads to the tent. Some of the sculptures are lit at night giving an ethereal quality. Comfy, fresh air and quiet.
We really enjoyed our Glamping experience last weekend at the Gallery B&B. The tent was so comfortable, warm, spacious and cozy! Fresh flowers were waiting for us when we checked in. The fridge on the outdoor covered kitchen was amply stocked with breakfast fixings for the next morning, including homemade plum jam!! We spent a good deal of time on the covered deck, relaxing and listening to the many bird songs in this peaceful private woodland setting. A short and easy walk to Ganges and to the Pitchfork Social music venue if you happen to be attending a concert there. Nick and Celia were wonderful hosts!! Hope to return soon!!
