(January 25, 2016, 7:54 pm)I visited Gloria in her studio tucked away in one of the alleys in Old Town, Albuquerque. I browsed her collection of beautiful silver and turquoise jewelry in the store front as she worked on a piece at her workbench. I remember being impressed that she makes her work in-shop, but was afraid I couldn't afford any of it. I saw earrings that I really liked, and found how affordable they are! But the recipient doesn't wear hook earrings, only post, so I asked her if she could make some. She said yes! They were done the next day (Christmas Eve)! She really impressed me with her quality and kindness. If you want jewelry and art, visit Gloria, I will be returning!
