I’m in love with these salts, I’ve been a pepper guy most of my life however, but since I discovered Salt Spring Sea Salt I can’t live without it!! Hard to pick my favourite but I’ll say Rosemary Garlic. Ordering is super easy and everyone there is so nice. Awesome products, Awesome people!
I absolutely love their product. I look for them every year at craft fairs - it's the only way to get the beer salt! I don't know what I'd do without the beer salt - I'm not joking, I pretty much put it on everything. This year he gift me a little salt bowl which now has pride of place in the middle of my salt collection.
I am an Artisan soap maker on Salt Spring Island and I use this salt in my Salish Sea Soap (as well as cooking with it!). Beautiful quality, authentic Salish Sea salt.
I am the owner of Peninsula pizza and we use Salt spring sea salt exclusively...from a bakers grade in our artisan dough and pizza sauce to finishing some of our gourmet pizzas, it is by far the best!!
Philippe's fleur de sel is the best. We ran into Philippe at the Saltspring Island market and again at Car Free YYJ. He is passionate about his product and how it is produced (harvested). He is just as enthusiastic about the culinary possibilities for the salt. I've tasted 'gourmet' salts before and his are my favourite - bar none. Pay him a visit or order online, you won't be disappointed. Merci beaucoup Phillippe!
