Can’t say enough good things about Dr Boyd and his staff. They have been totally understanding, patient and caring in their handling my high levels of anxiety at being at the dentist. Along with their very caring ways, Dr Boyd & Assistants have put in 3 crowns (at different times), and each time I left with my bite exactly correct and no discomfort (which has not always been my experience with other dentists). Best dentist and staff, ever. Thank you Dr Boyd!!!

Dr. Boyd was recommended to us by a friend about 10 years ago. The friend has since lived in Vancouver and Parksville and continues to come to Sidney to see Dr. Boyd. My wife and I continue to use Dr. Boyd's services as well. Fortunately we still live in Sidney but if we moved I'd be sorely tempted to continue with he and his office because they are good. Very good. Everyone from the receptionists to hygienists are professional and friendly and good. They submit my dental claims to Blue Cross immediately and correctly. The hygienist is fabulous and Dr. Boyd is great. He cares and he is good. I just had a bridge put in and everything works like nothing was ever done to my teeth. That's nice. My wife and I highly recommend him. Comfortable atmosphere as well. Everything is state of the art. I feel comforted to have Dr. Boyd as my dentist.

Ian Boyd is without a doubt the finest dentist on Vancouver Island. I have been a client for nearly 10 years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Not only is his office state of the art and incredibly clean, it is also the most comfortable and stylish dentist office I have ever seen. Ian is also one of the kindest people you'll ever meet which is sure to put even the most nervous of patients at ease. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone you didn't love in this office, the staff are incredibly welcoming, helpful and professional. All this and a fully stocked coffee/tea bar, fresh baked cookies, comfy couches and a huge flat screen tv....you won't ever want to leave!!

I found that Dr. Boyd really listened to my concerns and I loved the fact that I was not pressured, but was informed of my options. Dr. Boyd's office is a pleasing atmosphere with a friendly staff and the most up to date modern equipment. He always addresses your concerns professionally, quickly, and with the highest of standards. Dr. Boyd offers you a "Proposed Course of Treatment" plan which you can progress at your own schedule. I was a white knuckle patient before I started with Dr. Boyd over 10 years ago but now I actually look forward to my visits.
