As my parents were on the mainland, Jeff went to the property and walked it while video taping it, so my parents could get a sneak peek of what was being offered before hopping a ferry.

My parents had a very specific list of requirements for their dream property. Jeff respected these preferences and patiently worked over a number of months to make sure that my parents were totally happy with their property, rather than pressuring them into purchasing something else just to make a sale.

Even after the sale was totally complete, Jeff knew that my parents needed some pallets for their barn. Although there was absolutely nothing in it for him, he took the seats out of his vehicle and drove around to try to find them some and drop them off to their new place.

Jeff also honoured his monetary ‘referral bonus’ to my family for referring my parents to him, even though we never asked him for it.
