Watching Kim work with my friend Carmen I found she was very kind, and worked very gently helping Carmen with some movements of her legs and arms.

I had an exceptional visit with Kym today. I am 3.5 months postpartum and experiencing upper back pain. Kym provided care using both evidence based knowledge and personal experience to relate to my situation. She was able to give me exercises that I can do while managing two little ones.
