Medix EMS

I had ordered some medical supplies (hand sanitizer gel and wipes) from Medix EMS few months ago. It took them some time to deliver my products due to pandemic. However products were really good. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Lydia, the operations coordinator, was incredibly prompt and helpful. We ordered surgical masks but they were disqualified. Lydia took the whole batch back and shipped us the replacement order with no extra cost. A very trustworthy company.

So grateful for the medical supplies during this pandemic. Have had wonderful communications with their teams explaining why the delays are occurring. I appreciate that they are following up with the manufacturers to ensure quality is meeting the standards and yet they are NOT price gouging as so many other companies are. I would rather wait a little bit than have to go to stores day in and out to find out that they are sold out of the products I need. Thank you for all your team has done to help the community
