(August 8, 2019, 4:20 am)Great place to go and great ferry ride, but parking was hard to come by. Lots of 2 hour parking for free but that is not long enough. There are a few street parades that were very busy. The one at the ocean centre is very limited as well. We missed our ferry because of the lack of parking but did get one eventually and got over there but had to cut our trip short. Next time we will plan for parking better!

(January 17, 2019, 4:00 am)A quick ride on the ferry will take you over to Sidney spit. A wonderful place to have a picnic go for a hike or camping for the night.
