Helpful staff, and great guidelines for safety protocol.

Generally good, but little to no covid precautions enforced or practiced by staff. It's a bit disappointing seeing business you used to have no problem with have there image tainted in the midst of crisis... But honestly that's everywhere I've had to go to recently.

This place is absolutely hands down the best hardware store in the greater Victoria area. The staff are all amazing and the place is surprisingly huge! Lots of parking too!

Always a pleasure going there. Courteous friendly knowledgeable staff, tons of stock good prices and great sale prices. Go to place for most things first. Box stores are a distant second to the customer service you get from this clean and immaculate Sidney store. Highly recommend

This store is one of my favorite place to go in Sidney BC ?? Canada! Love the friendly staffs here ! And they can alway provide you with any information you need! I bought a spray bottle and one pink piggy ? toy for Jackie today and some lavender potting flowers yesterday ! What a lovely place to go! Very helpful staff! Thank goodness we have a store like HOME HARDWARE in SIdney ! They are always busy! I think people just love to come to a store like this! Oh ! Love to share some Pictures I took today !
