I originally contacted John, the owner, by phone to inquire about what it would cost to have some minor gutter repair work done on my house. Not only was John courteous, polite and expeditious on completing the work, he was also the cheapest. After a few days I realized that I had another leak that I should have pointed out to him when he was there the first time. Knowing that it was a just a small job, I phoned John up and asked him if he'd be willing to come by and fix the leak. John said it would be no problem but because he was busy, he wouldn't be able to get to it right away. A few weeks went by and John actually ended up coming by and doing the work for free. Great customer service at a great price. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Acme Gutterworks. John is a good guy!
