Bluewolf fishing charters

Roy was an excellent guide to us. It is clear that he is an experienced fisherman who knows the area well and has his finger on the pulse. He was on time, friendly, relaxed, and great with my family. We had a lot of fun!

1st time to Sooke fishing, wasn't sure which charter to book. Found Blue Wolf Charter but there were no reviews. Roy is the guide and owner and when we called had to leave a message, he was out on the water.

Roy got back to us and confirmed our date. We arrived at the dock and Roy met us promptly. From there we had a fantastic day fishing. We caught 3 chinook, all between 12 & 15 lbs. Great fun and Roy was a great guide. Roy also had a friend along who was also great and knew his fishing.

I spent my life fishing off the coast of Washington, rivers, and Puget Sound so I know when someone knows what they are doing.

Out of about 50 boats, we caught the most fish, they really knew their stuff and were fun at the same time.

There is one charter in Sooke that makes you sit in the cabin until the guide calls you out if it is your turn when a fish hits. I would not have liked that.
