Trent to the rescue! Trent came out quickly to look at a dishwasher that wasn't working. He is such a nice person and honest about the challenges that might be expected getting parts due to supply chain issues. I thought I would just get a new one given the age of the dishwasher but this turned out to be even more difficult than getting parts. In the end, he was able to obtain the needed part in another province, install it, give a warranty on the work, and his diagnosis was spot on! The dishwasher is all fixed and I'm absolutely thrilled that I now have a repair person I can rely on. Aug 2022 Trent to the rescue again. He fixed an old fridge and even cleaned the back of it. He is that rarest of all repair people: someone you can count on!

Trent arrived when he said he would, took the time to investigate/diagnose the problem and made recommendations that would solve the issue we were experiencing. Well it is now 2 years later and the washing machine is still going strong. Called Trent again this March for a repair on a Kitchen Aid Fridge not making ice, once again Trent to the rescue he replaced the ice maker unit and all is good in the world once more..... Dependable/fast/personable and the ice is flowing again. ***** STAR

Trent came to our home to repair our dryer. He was punctual , professional and made quick work of diagnosing the issue.
