Delicious maple candied salmon and smoked salmon. We were greeted warmly by the lady at the counter who explained that they did not use any farmed salmon, only wild. Can't help but lick my fingers everytime I grab a piece, I'm trying to hold on to the salmon to share with my friends but I'm afraid I might eat them all myself.
They make the best locally made smoked salmon and salmon candy.
