Josh was professional, courteous and friendly, and got the job done in a reasonable time. He also recognized that the wax ring supplied by the manufacturer was not up to HomeWise's standards, and used a different make at no extra charge. Friday at 1230 our hot water heater exploded at the junction. Water everywhere. I managed to turn off the watermain.
I called Homewise and a lovely woman told me they would come asap. A new water heater was installed and the plumber was leaving the driveway at 4pm!!
