Staff were above and beyond what was expected of them when I came in to deal with a phone account problem. While I was there, a less tech savvy lady came in trying to get help and they helped her very professionally and courteously.

It's like any other Source store. Mediocre tech products at OK (but not great) prices. It's good if you just need something quick or just want to window shop, but you can easily find better quality products at better prices online.
