Amazing service and workmanship. My son took his car to CDN Tire Langford TWICE and spent over $300 trying to figure out what his headlight issue was they couldn't. Said they would have to remove the motor to get at the wiring behind the firewall. SO I told my son it's going local. Heather took my call, nicest lady to speak with on the phone and in person. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and charged only the time it took to install it which was half hour.

These people are honest and hard working. They have my future business. Throwing money out to a big company and getting no where is just crazy. Supporting a local business that cares about that customers safety and future business now THAT is a business I can work with. Thank you Heather and your team at West Shack Auto for nothing short of a positive first experience. You restored my faith in auto mechanics;

Great service....one on one with mechanic....welcoming front desk...was called after vehicle diagnosis....never pressed to have done more than requested...lucky to have them in Sooke...will definitely go back

Steve saved me. My brakes went enroute to Jordan River on my own
He fit me in immediately at 2:30. Parts ordered,delivered, and put in by 4:30
And I was out of there !
