Sales associates at this location are the BEST. So polite and helpful. I shop at BR a lot and truly prefer this store. I recently had to return something that I bought online and came damaged, and the SAs were super nice. They first tried to find the item in store to exchange it & since it was not available, they processed my return, very fast.

Staff was very friendly, they made my experience very great. At the end, they also allowd me to use discount that was only available online.

Leaving a review for Bobby that works there. She was a gem, my husband was looking for a pair of pants that he needed for an event that is coming up in a few days. She went above and beyond and even called park royal to keep the pair on hold. It felt like we were shopping with our friend. Thanks for the great customer service :)
