Built in Microwave broke down two weeks before Xmas. Phoned a number of places who wouldn’t come to Sooke or were too busy. Advance Appliance was able to schedule a visit within several days. Joey their technician came when they said he would, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He returned a week later at the time he said he would. Fixed the micro wave and saved us about a $800 in replacing it. Joey was a great guy, prompt peasant and knowledgeable. They are the ones I will call for future appliance repair needs...............
