Drain Pro Plumbing

We requested a plumber to perform an initial assessment of plumbing work we require. Mike showed up on time and provided us with options for the work we wanted. Given the extent of the work we are doing, he also provided us with some additional work we could consider if we were interested. We appreciated having someone that could provide more than just some basic answers to our needs. Thanks Mike.

On Tuesday, July 21st, our old bathtub died. Not knowing who to call, I read some advertising in the phonebook and took a chance and called
Drain Pro Plumbing. Someone came to our home Tuesday afternoon and after going to numerous suppliers trying to find a replacement part that was not made anymore, there were discussions and it was decided we'd get a new surround tub.
Jason came to our home on Wednesday with the contract and his quote and we signed off and he said he'd ordered everything and the guys would be here on Saturday.
Bruce and Dustin were wonderful. They came here and got the majority of the job done in one day. We have needed a new tub for years and I am so happy with the job they did. They came back on Sunday and moved everything back and cleaned up.
I am so glad my fingers led me to Drain Pro Plumbing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I called Drain Pro when my washer drain backed up. I called after 5pm and the voicemail picked up so I left my contact info expecting a long time before I get a call back. I got a call back several minutes later and my appointment was booked for the next day afternoon.
The service was carried out very quickly - the worker knew what tools to bring so they didn't have to go back and forth to the van. It was confidence inspiring to see them knowing exactly what to do.
The drain was operational within 24 hours of the original call.
